I want to personally welcome you to our blog. I am Jim Lundblad. After investing 23 years of my career to this profession, I hope to be able to share some observations and valuable insights. I will speak on what’s going on with the commercial market in San Antonio and South Texas. In addition, I’ll offer some broader perspectives, based on experience gained through working with our national clientele.
