At last, we’ve moved to our new headquarters. Hey, we like each other, but after a couple of months with four people operating from two rooms, the new space couldn’t have come at a better time. And it feels like business is growing to fill the space. We’ve been very fortunate in our initial months. Listings are growing. That’s good because we’ve had several sales and we always want to have a great inventory on hand of premier commercial properties.Come on by some time. We’d like to give you a tour. 

I want to personally welcome you to our blog. I am Jim Lundblad. After investing 23 years of my career to this profession, I hope to be able to share some observations and valuable insights. I will speak on what’s going on with the commercial market in San Antonio and South Texas. In addition, I’ll offer some broader perspectives, based on experience gained through working with our national clientele.
